I lived next door to Bernie back in 1987. She was a wonderful neighbor who was like a 2nd mom. I was a new mother and she was so caring and always offered great advice. We lost touch over the years but I have many fond memories of Bernie and the family. My condolences to all of the family.

From the first day I met Ms. Bern, she made me feel like family. She welcomed us “neighbors” with the warmest heart.
I’ll carry her in my heart forever.
